Falls Creek Living Center is a 44-bed facility located in Marietta, SC, a short
distance from Greenville. We offer both specialized rehabilitation and long term
nursing care. Falls Creek has a proud history in northern Greenville County,
with a reputation built by a skilled, experienced staff that takes great care
of our residents while promoting personal independence and dignity.
Falls Creek is located next to a small shopping center with a grocery store,
laundromat and small restaurant. Slater Drug is across the street and a community
park is within walking distance. Marietta First Baptist Church is located within
sight of Falls Creek, with a family life center featuring a walking track and
exercise room.
