The Falls Creek rehab program provides a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation
through validated clinical pathways. Our experienced team consists of physical
therapists, occupational
therapists, and speech therapists with an average tenure of over 30
years in caring for individuals and maximizing their Quality of Life
post therapy. We even offer outpatient services once their stay at our

Skilled therapeutic rehabilitation will be provided 5-7 days a week pending patients
