Hills has 66 beds for skilled nursing and 53 beds for assisted living. We’re
located in the beautiful countryside
setting of Wadesboro, NC,
beside Twin Valley Country Club and 2 miles from Anson Community
Hospital. Wadesboro is a small town, but it has
beautiful parks and great shopping.
Our
specialized rehab care includes Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, and
we also offer specialized skin care. We
provide transportation to and from physician offices for residents.
We’re
proud to note that we recently received a “zero deficiencies” review from the
state, which conducts surprise inspections and grades facilities in over 500
