 To the staff, I would like to express my appreciation for such a wonderful facility in this
area. I am here almost 24/7 and have no complaints. I feel the staff has a good relationship with the families, which helps me feel
right at home. The food variety is excellent, prepared like a “home cooked meal” and substitutes
are always available if the resident does not like what’s on the menu. Bobby has been here since November 2007 and has improved dramatically with the
assistance of Restorative Aids, Nursing and the Therapy Department. He came in with a feeding tube and has progressed to eating a regular diet in
the past 2 months. We spend most of our days on the front porch where we can see everyone coming
in and out while we enjoy the fresh air. Heritage Hills is always clean because the housekeeping department is always
hard at work and Gay Lookabill does an excellent job running the place. Sincerely, Charlotte
