Welcome Therapy Team -
Annette Liles is the Director of Rehabilitation Services and Speech-Language
Pathologist for Heritage Hills. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S.
in Speech Pathology in 1990 and earned a MA in Speech Pathology, graduating with
honors, in 1994. She has worked for the past 17 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist
in various settings including public schools, child development centers, home
health, hospital and long term care. She has been with Heritage Hills for 8 years.
Annette has two children and lives with her husband, Rob, in Anson County.
Trish McCollum is a native to Anson County. She is our newly hired Occupational Therapist (OTR), and is at our facility full time. She graduated from East Carolina University
Magna Cum Laude and has worked in the field for 8 years, mostly with the geriatric
population. She has worked in both long term care and home health. We are looking
forward to utilizing Trish’s home health experience to help patients transition
from our facility back to home. She resides in Anson County with her husband
and their three children.
Tom Honeycutt is our full time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. He has worked as an LPTA for the past 10 years and has been at Heritage Hills
for the past 7 years. Tom earned a Bachelors in Music Education in 1988 from
Appalachian State University and after working as a music teacher for several
years went back to school and became a PTA in 1997. Tom uses his music background
at Heritage Hills, incorporating music and movement together in both facility
wide programs and individual treatments. He lives in Indian Trail with his dog
Chloe, who also happens to be a part of our rehab team.
Jackie Kimrey is our part time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
She has worked in long term care for 16 years and has been with Heritage Hills
for the past 6 years. Prior to serving as a COTA, she was a CNA in a long term
care setting. She lives in Norwood with her husband. She has three children
and one amazingly cute grandchild.
Kristin Boles is a full time Licensed Physical Therapist for Heritage Hills Living Center from Yadkinville, NC. She graduated in 2003
from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Exercise and
Sport Science and was a two time Deans List recipient. Kristin continued her
education at Western Carolina University, receiving her Masters in Physical Therapy
in 2007. Her special interests include geriatrics, and neuro rehab. Kristin
enjoys playing basketball and spending time with her dog, Saddie. |
